At Cult Furniture Sale, we want you to love your home decor, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repack your furniture in its original box, ensuring all components, hardware, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection

  For large furniture items, we will schedule a professional courier pickup; for smaller home accessories, a prepaid shipping label will be provided for your local drop-off point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
