How long will it take for my furniture to be delivered?
For items currently in stock, we typically process and dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces may require a specialized two-man delivery team, which can take between 7-14 days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for sale items?
We offer a 14-day return window for all items, including those purchased during a sale. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer any warranty on your furniture?
Yes, all our furniture comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty that covers structural defects and workmanship. Please note this does not cover general wear and tear or accidental damage.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link and a unique tracking number to monitor your delivery's progress.
Are your products delivered fully assembled?
Most of our chairs and tables require minimal assembly to ensure they reach you safely. Detailed instructions and all necessary tools are included in the box. Check the 'Product Specifications' section on each page for specific assembly details.
